When I got my Mac Pro last year, the Cisco VPN client kept causing it to kernel panic. I had to wait until cisco released a new version about a month later and all was ok. My recommendation is that if you need to use the Cisco VPN client, wait a month or so for Cisco to release a stable version for Leopard before installing Leopard.
