FaceTime not working on your iPad or iphone? Here’s the fix
Apr 09, 2020 · my friend has a iPhone 8plus, I have a XSMax, when he tries to FaceTime he gets 10 rings but it’s not ringing on my end, Then will FaceTime again, I answer the call only to get connecting…. won’t connect. Then 3rd time FaceTime it will connect for a few moments, frozen connection then says reconnecting then call drops. 4th FaceTime comes So I use FaceTime regularly (almost every day) with about 5 different people. I FaceTime from my iPad/iPhone both. With everyone but one person, I have absolutely no problems. With one person, who I FaceTime, it will disconnect after about 5-10 minutes - and then after the first disconnect it will happen very often after that (every minute or so). May 24, 2018 · If your Facetime isn’t working, replace Facetime where I say iMessage below. In the Settings app, select Messages. Tap Send & Receive. Tap your Apple ID at the top and press Sign Out. Toggle off iMessage. (or Facetime, if not working) Visit Wi-Fi in settings and toggle Wi-Fi off and back on. Wait a few minutes, then toggle iMessage back on.
